Do you have anything that you cook or bake that is only available in your part of the world? Or maybe it's something you can buy from the shop?

Las vegas is a crock pot of culture (and lack thereof). We have a lot of mexican and cuban food. A lot of Californian fast foo d chains also, but no real traditional Vegas food. We got gamblin and bowm chika bow wow though ;D
